All CanuckGreed products are printed and fulfilled in Canada — supporting local production and keeping quality close to home.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. During peak periods (holidays, sale events), processing may take an extra 1–2 business days.
Shipping Times
- Canada: 5–10 business days after fulfillment
- United States: 7–14 business days after fulfillment
- International: 14–21 business days after fulfillment
Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays or customs processing outside Canada.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We aim to offer competitive rates that reflect our Canadian fulfillment partners. International orders may be subject to customs and duty charges, which vary greatly depending on the destination country. These charges are payable by the customer upon arrival and are not included in the original purchase price or shipping charges. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping amount and will not be paid for or reimbursed by CanuckGreed.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order, so please be sure to confirm your shipping information. Once a package has been shipped we cannot redirect it. CanuckGreed is not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.
Loss Or Damage
Please note that CanuckGreed is not responsible for packages which are lost or damaged during shipment, or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. This applies to both domestic and international orders. If you would like to purchase additional services, such as signature confirmation or insurance, please reach out to us and we will contact you via email to confirm availability & price.
